Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare consultancy, the remote Engagement Manager will oversee project teams, manage client interactions, and develop market access strategies while ensuring alignment with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Building and leading all aspects of project work streams and providing clear direction to project teams
• Managing project plans to meet all client deliverables and ensuring accurate data in work products
• Developing client relationships, attending meetings, and synthesizing insights from primary and secondary research

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a record of academic excellence
• 3-5 years of consulting or related business analytics/strategy experience in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of global pricing and market access from experience in healthcare consulting or the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Preferred academic concentration in Science, Economics, or Business; Master's degree or PhD is a plus
