Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Managing the project lifecycle from kick-off to handover, the full-time Engagement Manager will oversee client implementations, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, and strong client relationships in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end, holding the team accountable to project milestones and ensuring a smooth handover
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks while enforcing scope control and change management
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, setting clear expectations and managing client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, engagement management, or delivery leadership within enterprise SaaS or consultancy
• Background in TPRM, vendor management, or related domains, with knowledge of the enterprise vendor lifecycle
• Proven track record of full-cycle SaaS implementations at complex enterprise clients
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify scope creep and enforce change control
• Technical literacy in Certa products and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
