Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Owning the project lifecycle from kick-off through handover, the full-time Engagement Manager will manage client implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope while fostering strong client relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end, managing project plans across all phases and ensuring accountability to milestones
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and scope, enforcing change control and addressing out-of-scope requests
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, setting expectations transparently and driving client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, engagement management, or delivery leadership within enterprise SaaS or professional services
• Background in TPRM, vendor management, or related domains with familiarity in compliance standards like ISO 27001 or GDPR
• Proven experience in full-cycle SaaS implementations at complex enterprise clients across various methodologies
• Strong commercial acumen to identify scope creep and enforce change control effectively
• Technical literacy with knowledge of TPRM tools and proficiency in project management software like JIRA or Confluence
