Job Summary

Leading complex custom software implementations, the full-time salaried Engagement Manager will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for executive-level marine clients, ensuring project delivery aligns with client objectives and Storable's product vision while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of custom software development and professional services projects, from scoping to post-implementation stabilization
• Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to translate complex customer needs into actionable project plans and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in Professional Services or Engagement Management within a SaaS organization
• Deep expertise in Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with various internal teams
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Extensive experience in project financial management, including budget oversight and risk management
