Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Guiding clients through successful solution delivery, the contract-to-perm Engagement Manager will manage day-to-day interactions, create project schedules, and collaborate with sales and technical teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customers and manage project interactions
• Create and maintain project schedules, providing weekly status reports and managing budgets
• Lead business strategy workshops and collaborate with teams to design client solutions

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms in a SaaS or consulting environment
• Proven project management experience, preferably at the enterprise level
• Strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft products
• Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical and analytical mindset
