Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Managing successful engagements for new and existing customers, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will collaborate with Sales, develop project plans, and oversee multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales to support the pipeline, sell Professional Services, and create Statements of Work (SOW)
- Develop detailed project plans and track risks, issues, and financial deliverables to meet project goals
- Communicate project milestones and manage day-to-day operations of multiple projects
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing program/project leadership roles
- 2+ years of experience leading workload or business process automation engagements
- ERP experience, particularly with SAP, is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Project management certification is preferred
