Engagement Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Audience Intelligence, Analytics & Data Science business, the full-time Senior Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, translate client challenges into data-driven solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with commercial leaders to manage new business opportunities from initial conversations through proposal development and project kickoff
- Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and commercially viable solutions while guiding project delivery
- Develop and present capabilities, case studies, and proposed solutions to client partners and internal teams
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, client engagement, or healthcare/life sciences analytics
- Demonstrated experience in solving complex business problems through data, analytics, or technology-enabled solutions
- Experience with project scoping, budgeting, and delivery planning
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating with technical experts to understand analytical methodologies
