Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, AI Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise customer engagements, ensuring maximum value from AI product deployment
• Partner with C-level executives on AI strategy, developing adoption roadmaps and change management approaches
• Manage project timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination for successful large-scale deployments

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise application implementation or top-tier strategy consulting for Senior Engagement Manager; 8+ years for Principal Engagement Manager
• Demonstrable experience leading Medium and/or Large Enterprise implementations or transformation initiatives
• Experienced in relationship management with the ability to establish long-term partnerships with enterprise customers
• Skilled in project management, with experience in planning and delivering multiple concurrent implementations
• Proficient in guiding customers through AI and enterprise application deployments, including change management and user education
