Job Summary

Owning the implementation of VoiceAI and ChatAI for enterprise customers, the full-time Engagement Manager for AI will manage end-to-end deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive customer outcomes while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead AI Agent deployments from design to optimization, ensuring alignment with customer workflows and success criteria
  • Orchestrate a cross-functional delivery team, managing technical escalations and feature gaps with Engineering
  • Act as the primary AI Agent program lead post-launch, conducting QBRs and tracking KPIs to ensure long-term success
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in enterprise customer delivery, professional services, or program management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or CX domains
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations with executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of contact center KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and NPS
  • Comfort in customer-facing discussions, from technical troubleshooting to project demos
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
