Engagement Manager for AI Agents

Job Summary

Leading AI Agent deployments, the full-time Engagement Manager for AI Agents will manage the implementation process from strategy to execution, ensuring successful customer outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI Agent delivery, including design, build, testing, and optimization phases
• Orchestrate a cross-functional delivery team, coordinating with Experience Designers, AI Agent Engineers, and Telephony Engineers
• Drive customer outcomes by managing multi-phase AI transformation programs and conducting regular performance reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise customer delivery, professional services, program management, or consulting, preferably in SaaS, AI, or contact center domains
• Proven success in leading complex enterprise implementations with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of contact center KPIs, such as containment, AHT, CSAT, and NPS
• Experience in customer-facing discussions, including technical troubleshooting and project demonstrations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
