Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager - AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI agent delivery, including design, testing, and optimization
• Orchestrate a cross-functional delivery team and coordinate with engineering on technical issues
• Drive customer outcomes and long-term success through program management and KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise customer delivery, program management, or consulting, preferably in SaaS, AI, or CX
• Proven success in leading complex enterprise implementations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of contact center KPIs and their influence on AI projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Experience with Conversational AI or CCaaS platforms is a plus
