Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager II to drive customer success and maximize value through program management and technical advisory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own program management and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value
  • Architect and manage web performance, cloud computing, and security solutions
  • Define account strategy, establish key relationships, and maintain project pipeline
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with an understanding of the consulting process
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering large technical customer projects
  • Knowledge of DevOps, web development, web performance, and security technologies
  • Familiarity with compute technologies and cloud-based systems design and management
