Engagement Manager II

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Engagement Manager II, the successful candidate will own program and project management, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and ensure the delivery of web performance and security solutions for Fortune 100 financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program and project initiatives while maximizing customer value and satisfaction
• Act as a technical advisor, architecting and overseeing web performance and security solutions
• Define account strategies, establish key relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to drive project success

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on web content delivery and security strategies
• Experience managing large technical customer projects successfully
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTTP/S, DNS, TCP, and APIs
• Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
