Engagement Manager, NetSuite

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of consultants and analysts to deliver NetSuite implementations
• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, design, and support
• Advise clients on best practices, configuration, and process improvements throughout engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting experience, with 8+ full life cycle implementations
• NetSuite Certifications preferred (ERP Consultant, Administrator)
• Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, or industry-specific experience
• Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements
