Engagement Manager, NetSuite

Job Summary

Managing and developing a team of up to 10 consultants, the full-time remote Engagement Manager, NetSuite will oversee end-to-end implementations of NetSuite for a portfolio of clients, while serving as a client advocate and providing business process advisory based on extensive experience in NetSuite and business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and support
• Advise clients on standard functionality, best practices, and conduct discovery workshops for requirements gathering and process mapping
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom solutions and manage project scope, budget, and client interactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting experience, including 8+ full life cycle implementations
• NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are heavily preferred
• Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, or consulting services
• Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements
