Engagement Manager, Private Equity

Job Summary

To support finance teams at PE-backed companies, the full-time remote Engagement Manager, Private Equity will onboard clients onto the Aleph platform, guide them through core FP&A workflows, and act as their primary point of contact for successful implementation and usage.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard PE-backed customers and guide them through core FP&A workflows
• Become the trusted point of contact for finance teams as they expand their Aleph implementation
• Identify adoption gaps and drive usage across your customer portfolio

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or private equity (PE-backed company or fund-side)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
• Ownership mentality; proactive in identifying and addressing issues
• Clear communicator who builds trust quickly with finance stakeholders
• Experience in early-stage startups is a plus
