Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management leadership
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong relationship-building skills to drive retention and product adoption
  • High-level knowledge of G-Suite products and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Preferred experience with data analytics and visualization tools
