Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management leadership
- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills to drive retention and product adoption
- High-level knowledge of G-Suite products and familiarity with CRM tools
- Preferred experience with data analytics and visualization tools
