Engagement Services Manager

Job Summary

Representing implementation services and driving business development, the full-time remote Engagement Services Manager will articulate the value of services to enterprise customers, manage service scoping activities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful service integration.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and sell the value of Samsara Services to prospective and existing enterprise customers
• Own service pursuits and manage the forecasting of services while monitoring the ARR pipeline
• Act as a trusted advisor during implementation, maintaining customer relationships and addressing critical issues

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Technology Solutions positioning
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with sales and key partners during implementations
• Strong presentation skills, showcasing the value and capabilities of complex service solutions
• Experience in executing SOW/Proposal processes and delivering to customer requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
