Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the clinical department's daily operations, the remote Engagement Specialist will coordinate patient appointments, maintain accurate records, and assist clinical staff in ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and procedures to optimize provider availability
• Maintain and update patient records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Manage administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to clinical operations

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a related field, including internships
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
