Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist to manage and cultivate relationships with volunteers and donors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the expansion of the Volunteer Program, focusing on corporate entities and overseeing volunteer events
• Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, along with other database reports as needed
• Plan and execute various events and giving campaigns related to corporate giving

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fundraising experience with a nonprofit organization
• At least 1 year of event planning experience
• Knowledge of the victim services field or experience with marginalized communities and crime victims is preferred
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with technology systems, including donor CRMs and Microsoft Office
