Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Engagement Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coverage for Thursday overnight shifts and flexible support for various circumstances
• Conduct brief client assessments, provide crisis support, and facilitate admissions and resource navigation
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or client-facing roles
• 1+ years' experience in client support or healthcare (preferred)
• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting client success
• Availability for flexible hours, including holidays, overnights, and weekends, as needed
