Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist I to facilitate patient engagement and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to members to promote program enrollment and schedule initial visits with the care team
• Manage a daily queue of members, ensuring performance metrics are met for calls completed and enrollments
• Document interactions with members accurately and maintain a professional demeanor during all communications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a high call volume environment strongly preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
