Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct brief client assessments during initial calls
• Provide crisis support, facilitate client admissions, referrals, and resource navigation
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Counseling intern or related experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or client-facing roles
• 2+ years' experience in client support, crisis response, or healthcare
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting client success
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued
