Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist I to facilitate patient engagement through telephonic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to members to introduce the program and facilitate enrollment
• Manage a daily queue of members for outreach, focusing on call completion and enrollment metrics
• Document interactions with members accurately and maintain a professional and empathetic approach

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a high call volume setting strongly preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
