Job Summary

Engagement Specialist, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to COBRA members in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to members through phone and ticketing systems
  • Process qualifying event notices, election forms, and coverage changes for COBRA members
  • Identify and escalate issues for resolution while ensuring timely follow-up with members
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in claims adjustment, customer service, or phone support
  • Familiarity with insurance practices, including COBRA and HIPAA
  • Experience with Alegeus is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
