Job Summary
Engagement Specialist, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to COBRA members in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to members through phone and ticketing systems
- Process qualifying event notices, election forms, and coverage changes for COBRA members
- Identify and escalate issues for resolution while ensuring timely follow-up with members
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in claims adjustment, customer service, or phone support
- Familiarity with insurance practices, including COBRA and HIPAA
- Experience with Alegeus is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
