Job Summary

Engagement Specialist, a full-time position, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to members, ensuring timely and empathetic communication while addressing inquiries and processing claims related to Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone and ticketing system, ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Review and process claims for FSA, HRA, and qualified commuter benefits
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in claims adjustment, customer service, or phone support
  • Familiarity with standard insurance practices including FSA, HSA, and HIPAA
  • Experience with Alegeus is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
