Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Representing one of the first interactions members have with the organization, the full-time remote Engagement Specialist will build rapport with members, gather and verify information, and facilitate connections to clinical care teams through appointment scheduling and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to educate members on the program and route calls to appropriate teams
• Verify health-related information and document all member interactions accurately
• Schedule outreach appointments with care team staff using approved tools while maintaining exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and telecom devices
