Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support client engagement, the part-time Engagement Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, educating them about career transition services and connecting them to appropriate resources in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a structured onboarding program, including in-class and hands-on training focused on client engagement
- Demonstrate knowledge of LHH programs and provide timely follow-up to client inquiries
- Meet established engagement KPIs while accurately documenting engagement efforts
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales and customer service experience
- Ability to work a set Monday-Friday schedule
- Home office setup that is noise and distraction-free
- Computer with USB port and wired Ethernet connection
