Job Summary
A company is looking for a Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service experience to patients through referrals, outbound and inbound calls
- Enroll members in population health area and schedule appointments with assigned providers
- Navigate various systems and workflows to provide personalized solutions for members
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant Sales, Engagement, or call center experience
- Successful completion of training and ability to demonstrate learned concepts and processes
- Dedicated to excellent attendance and ability to work flexible schedule
- Resilience, empathy, and professionalism during calls
- Ability to convert scheduling calls within established performance goals
