Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service experience to patients through referrals, outbound and inbound calls
• Enroll members in population health area and schedule appointments with assigned providers
• Navigate various systems and workflows to provide personalized solutions for members

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant Sales, Engagement, or call center experience
• Successful completion of training and ability to demonstrate learned concepts and processes
• Dedicated to excellent attendance and ability to work flexible schedule
• Resilience, empathy, and professionalism during calls
• Ability to convert scheduling calls within established performance goals
