Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding and implementation of new clients, scheduling product demonstrations and maintaining a full onboarding demo pipeline
- Set up and customize partner portals, assist with bulk user and client uploads, and provide custom user and platform reports
- Collaborate with various departments to capture product feedback, stay updated on platform changes, and track and document relevant information
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Ability to manage heavy phone communication and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
