Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding and implementation of new clients, scheduling product demonstrations and maintaining a full onboarding demo pipeline
  • Set up and customize partner portals, assist with bulk user and client uploads, and provide custom user and platform reports
  • Collaborate with various departments to capture product feedback, stay updated on platform changes, and track and document relevant information
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Ability to manage heavy phone communication and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
