Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Engagement Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between local markets and the centralized Member Experience engagement engine
• Own the end-to-end engagement strategy and program orchestration for assigned markets
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and strategy adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare engagement, lifecycle marketing, or operations strategy
• Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Experience in engagement strategic planning and designing multi-modal strategies
• Ability to analyze program performance and identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity with behavior-change principles and engagement metrics
