Engagement Strategy Director

Job Summary

To develop and manage strategic client deliverables, the full-time remote Associate Director, Engagement Strategy will oversee engagement needs, create omni-channel plans, and leverage customer insights to enhance client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the engagement lead in developing customer engagement strategies aligned with client growth targets
• Create omni-channel engagement plans, including personas, journey maps, and activation briefs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints and present engagement results to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic planning or marketing experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Experience with relevant category and product launches
• Demonstrated ability to use strategic frameworks and analytical tools
• Strong patient and/or DTC experience in leading engagement strategy development
• Proven skills in clear communication and storytelling
