Job Summary

Seeking a VP, Engagement Strategy to lead a full-time remote role focused on shaping omnichannel engagement strategies that connect audience insights and brand messaging across various platforms to enhance patient interactions and drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagement strategy across key accounts, ensuring quality and impact of deliverables
• Translate brand strategy into comprehensive omnichannel engagement plans and activation strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate strategies and optimize engagement plans based on audience insights

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engagement strategy, digital strategy, or related roles, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Proven ability to independently lead complex engagement strategies and manage deliverables
• Experience in developing omnichannel plans and applying audience insights to enhance engagement
• Skilled in translating strategic inputs into actionable engagement plans across the patient experience
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards aligned outcomes
