Key responsibilities
- Lead the agency's CRM, social, omnichannel, and customer engagement strategy across multiple brands and therapeutic areas

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or omnichannel strategy within an agency or healthcare environment
- Deep expertise in CRM ecosystems, customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel engagement
- Experience leveraging AI and marketing technology to enhance customer experiences
- Proven success in leading senior client relationships and large-scale integrated marketing initiatives
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience required
