Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in digital/engagement strategy or multichannel marketing
• Health/pharma experience is preferred
• Proven team management experience
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
• Experience in crafting compelling narratives and mentoring teams
