Engagement Tech Lead

Job Summary

Leading technical engagements with key Enterprise ISV partners, the full-time Engagement Tech Lead will drive the integration of Generative and Agentic AI software, design and implement production systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical engagement with ISV partners, setting objectives and adoption plans
• Design and ship code and architectures for advanced AI workflows on NVIDIA's stack
• Track adoption and share insights with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to optimize solutions

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years in technical Product, Engineering, or Solutions roles in enterprise software and production AI
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong AI/ML foundation with hands-on experience in enterprise-grade GenAI systems
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with familiarity in modern agent/LLM stack
• Solid understanding of enterprise deployment practices, including MLOps and Kubernetes
