Engine Trading Manager

Job Summary

Managing the procurement process for unserviceable engines and aircraft, the full-time remote Engine Trading Manager will formulate proposal strategies, negotiate deals, and lead customer negotiations to meet annual acquisition targets for GEAM.

Key responsibilities

• Formulates and executes proposal strategies and purchase agreements while leading customer negotiations and identifying new market opportunities
• Leads all activities related to engine trading, including deal negotiation, contracting, and closing, while managing team Key Performance Indicators
• Develops commercial expertise across various markets and influences strategy to improve processes and deliver results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft and aircraft engine trading and/or leasing
• Proven experience leading end-to-end buy/sell engine transactions, including valuation and deal structuring
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple concurrent deals
• Strong track record of negotiating complex commercial terms and developing contracts independently
