Engineer Builder Enablement

Job Summary

As a founding member of the Builder Enablement team, the full-time Engineer Builder Enablement will identify common design and implementation needs across Enterprise Engineering, creating reusable solutions that enhance usability and accelerate delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify design and implementation needs and create clear, reusable paved paths to reduce friction and accelerate delivery
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides for engineers
• Collaborate with architects and service owners to translate architectural principles into practical guidance and working implementations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience in building and operating production software systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Demonstrated ability to create clear technical guidance that engineers can adopt successfully
• Familiarity with developer workflows and tooling (CI/CD, local development, deployment patterns)
