Engineer Drafter

Job Summary

To support R&D engineering and fabrication efforts, the contract Engineer Drafter will assist in producing BoMs, part numbers, and detailed drawings of complex medical devices while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of BoMs, part numbers, and drawings to support mechanical engineering efforts
• Draft high-level assembly and exploded view drawings of complex medical devices and enclosures
• Support the company's PDM program for version control and lifecycle management

Required qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, drafting, architecture, or related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in engineering or drafting
• Demonstrated proficiency with Solidworks software
• Experience with PDM programs related to mechanical engineering and manufacturing
• Working knowledge of CAD, fabrication, and manufacturing processes
