Engineer I - DevOps

Job Summary

Driving automation and incident management for complex cloud environments, the full-time Engineer I - DevOps will administer observability solutions, automate infrastructure provisioning, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure PagerDuty, integrating with tools like ServiceNow and Grafana
• Design and implement observability solutions for logging, alerting, and monitoring
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible while managing incident response

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or systems engineering
• Deep proficiency with observability and performance monitoring tools
• Advanced hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab CI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Linux administration and Python scripting abilities
