Engineer IV - Threat Detection

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer IV - Threat Detection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and demonstrate best practices in detection engineering
• Develop and maintain custom detection queries and workflows
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve data/detection issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of Information Systems Security experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a SOC or Detection/Response role
• Experience analyzing data from multiple log sources
• Experience in digital investigations and identifying malicious activity
