Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer Lead with Generative AI experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate to design, maintain, and promote various applications while ensuring reliability and adherence to architectural standards
Champion Generative AI adoption by leading enablement programs and coaching engineers on AI practices
Architect and implement Generative AI features and establish responsible AI practices within the organization

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in full stack software engineering
B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proficiency with GitHub Copilot and experience in Generative AI/LLM technologies
Experience with Azure technologies and familiarity with MLOps practices preferred
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor on AI practices and drive AI adoption within teams
