Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer Surveyor Technician in Greater London.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess a variety of mechanical and electrical plant to ensure safety and compliance with legislation
• Prepare electronic reports of examinations following inspections for efficient client delivery
• Conduct hands-on non-intrusive inspections of plant and equipment in the central London commercial property market

Required Qualifications and Training

• Minimum qualification in an Engineering subject or similar at level 3
• Up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory rules related to mechanical and electrical plant inspections
• Effective planning skills for organizing meetings, visits, and work allocation
• Able to travel effectively within the central London area using public transport
• Experience in processing documentation and general administration tasks
