Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Application Account Technician to support Sunscreen Accounts and provide customer service to service desk users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and technical support through various communication channels
  • Review, analyze, and resolve service tickets while ensuring timely escalation when necessary
  • Collaborate with IT teams for enhancements and perform audits on user permissions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in an IT support role or equivalent education preferred
  • Experience managing tickets within a service desk solution preferred
  • Application User Database Management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 tools and supporting these applications
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
