Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Application Account Technician to support Sunscreen Accounts and provide customer service to service desk users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support through various communication channels
- Review, analyze, and resolve service tickets while ensuring timely escalation when necessary
- Collaborate with IT teams for enhancements and perform audits on user permissions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an IT support role or equivalent education preferred
- Experience managing tickets within a service desk solution preferred
- Application User Database Management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 tools and supporting these applications
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
