Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Architect to lead technical strategy and shape architectural direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the development of high-scale, mission-critical production systems
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems towards a target-state architecture
• Act as a bridge between engineering and non-technical stakeholders to align business needs with technical designs

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Advanced proficiency in high-level service design and system modeling
• Deep knowledge of various data persistence layers and their suitable use cases
• Significant experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS
• Proven track record as a domain expert in a specific focus area while maintaining a broad understanding of the full stack
