Engineering Architect

Job Summary

To drive innovation and oversee engineering projects, the full-time remote Engineering Architect will manage multiple engineering initiatives, lead a team of engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of products
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while maintaining coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer support teams to facilitate smooth product development

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in engineering, with expertise in Java, cloud technologies, and full stack architecture
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MS/MBA is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps practices
• Previous leadership or management experience is required
• Strong communication skills to effectively influence project direction and build consensus
