Engineering Architect
Job Summary
To shape the technical roadmap of a leading trading platform, the full-time remote Engineering Architect will define and drive the technical vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design scalable, secure financial technology systems.
Key responsibilities
- Defines and drives the technical vision and long-term system designs for scalable financial technology platforms
- Collaborates with product, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business strategy into architectural standards and roadmaps
- Designs end-to-end solutions for medium complexity systems and owns system integration design across multiple applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on architecture experience designing scalable and reliable systems across cloud, data, security, and integration patterns
- Experience with .NET, AWS services, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Familiarity with C4 architecture modeling and enterprise architecture standards
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, or ElastiCache
