Engineering Associate

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency, the full-time remote Engineering Associate will bridge front-office teams and technical systems by observing workflows, documenting processes, and translating business needs into structured requirements for automation and tooling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Complete onboarding by shadowing front-office team members to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Document day-to-day activities and translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment on project specifications and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
• Excellent listening and observational skills to extract insights from workflows
• Strong written communication skills for documenting processes and requirements
• Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency; no prior experience in Amazon or account management required
