Job Summary
Leading and governing engineering change control processes, the full-time Engineering Change Analyst III will manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Request (ECR) lifecycle while ensuring compliance with ISO standards in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ECOs and ECRs, managing workflows and implementation schedules across teams
- Ensure all engineering documents and specifications adhere to quality requirements and revision control protocols
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert, reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensuring documentation standards are met
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in hardware configuration management or engineering change control
- Experience with major Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Arena or 3Dexperience
- Proficiency in CAD workflows and modeling environments like SolidWorks or PTC Onshape
- Strong knowledge of ISO documentation standards and quality management systems
