Engineering Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Change Manager to oversee engineering change management and project management for released product changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering change process, including ECR and ECN initiation, review, approval, and implementation
• Develop and improve a structured change control process aligned with quality, engineering, and operational requirements
• Monitor and communicate the status of engineering changes to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
• 5+ years of experience in managing engineering changes or sustaining engineering projects in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with PLM systems and ERP tools
• Deep understanding of engineering documentation, revision control, and BOM management
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
